Ace's home country and home to the Knights of Solmnia
Admiral Wilhelm Kingsail
Status: Alive (presumed to be in Solamnia)

The Admiral to the Solamnic navy. The party met him during the Knights of Solomnia Festival I'm crossing trying to recruit them.
He blames them for his failure and the death of 30 knights trying to attack Captain Oleander Bloodblade, branding the party as pirates.
Marion Hartshield
Status: Alive (presumably in Solamnia)
Relationship: Ally
The Mother of Rosewood, she dabbles in Alchemy. She recognizes Ace from his time in Palanthas.
When the party goes to inform her of her daughter's death at the hand of the Jackdaws, she tells them of when Rosewood was little how she struggled to say Achaius's name, so she used to call him Ace. She used to idolizes him and keep up with his adventures after he left home and took inspiration to leave from him.
She helps the party against the Jackdaws in return for saving Galera so she may talk to her about her daughter and her time in Crossing.
After the Jackdaw defeat, Ryai visits her and offers her the drawing from his journal of her daughter and the two bond. She manages to get a letter back home to his family
Tarth
Status: Dead (Killed in a heist gone wrong)
Relationship: Ally
Ace's mentor when he lived in Palanthas and taught the rouge everything he knows. While Ace refers to him as a "mean old bastard" he saw Tarth more of a father than his own. He was a devout follower of Mishakal and share's Ace's affinity for children.
Tarth died during the heist that crippled Ace. In his memory Ace melted down the crown they stole and gave the majority of it to the orphanage Tarth grew up in.
