Jabbie is a black robe wizard who's specialty is splicing creatures.

Ace met Jabbie at Wayreth looking to have his armor fixed. In exchange he would fulfill an IOU later.

When the party returns to Wayreth, he cashes it in, asking they take down an escaped Fae Chimera he made

After the death of the Fae Chimera the group confronts Jabbie on where he got the dragon for the chimera. They shake him down and he confesses that he stole it from Pax Tharkis before he left, and that the grey robes are working for the dragon armies. This revelation being the turning point for Wayreth to join the war.

A kobold the party met when tasked with disabling the stones near Crossing. He is control of the Lacedons that make their home there and is in charge of the communications stone for the dragon army.

In exchange for not dismantling the stones, Rumblegut promised to help the party acquire a ship.

He offers his assistance by enhancing one of his Lacedons on the full moon of Nuitari. Konguq and Ryai go to assist him, but it unfortunately goes wrong and Ryai has to kill the Lacedon. He thanks them for saving his life and says he would join the fight for the ship.

After the night of the festival in Crossing however, Konguq tells Lord Blue Cloak about his location and work. Ryai goes to try and reason with Rumblegut and try to get him to be a spy, but Rumblegut won't have any of it, telling Ryai they betrayed him. He packs up to leave not long after, telling him he'll be there for their Test of High Sorcery.

The night after the Jackdaw assault, the party is alerted to the bodies rising up and killing the constables. Lacedon tracks, and the missing body of Oleander Bloodblade are clear signs of his involvement. When they go to investigate the stones again they find that they are destroyed and that Rumblegut left a note saying Zeboim made him do it.

The party meets him again in Good Bay when cleaning out the witch's home of Black Pudding. Despite his hesitation, he offers to help kill the Black Pudding in a cave in. Bron asks Ace if he wants to kill him to which Ace asks Konguq. Konguq says she'd like to pass her test and Bron kicks Rumblegut into the collapsing room. The result being a death curse, sending Vodren, Ace, Ryai, and Konguq to take their Test of High Sorcery.

During the final part of the test, they reunite with the ghost of Rumblegut and duel it out. While Vodren destroys his ghost, his reanimated corpse kills Konguq, breaking her neck. Ace kills the body after.

The first wizard the Dandies met when transported to Wayreth. He helped the group get settled on their first day before the Test of High Sorcery.

Ryai seeks him out on his own to ask about his choice for choosing the red robes despite knowing that it meant exile from Qualinost. He said simply that he had fallen in love with a human woman named Andrea and knowing that he was on his way to begin with, figured he'd go red.

During their conversation he also convinces Ryai to give Justinian the location of the Dragon Orbs to do further research.

His son, Oliver Waverwalker joined up with the Dandies after hearing their exploits.

Ivelos' wife and Oliver's mother, she takes care of the familiars in Wayreth. Oliver takes after her quite a bit and was watched over by her winged cat familiar, Magpie.

A Solomnic man, he is the leader of the Red Robes in Wayreth

He is currently researching the dragon orbs

Konguq doesn't like her all too much, but her knowledge is imperative with helping Zim become a dread zombie. Another Black robe is threatening to take her position

With his wisdom and age he is prone to giving grandfatherly advice and affirmations.
